Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods.

These estimates start after your order has been processed. Add the processing time above when planning for arrival.

Delivery guarantee
Our delivery guarantee is 20 calendar days, excluding the standard 2–5 business day processing period. If your order has not arrived by then, contact The Door Draft Stopper so we can investigate.
A refund or replacement request for an overdue order must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period ends. Eligibility and exceptions are explained in the Refund Policy.
Destinations and tracking
The Door Draft Stopper ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and all of Europe. We handle order fulfillment. Delivery destinations outside these regions are not currently supported.
After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation and tracking details by email when tracking is available. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
Addresses, delays, and missing packages
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. The Door Draft Stopper is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Weather, customs, carrier disruptions, heavy shipping volumes, holidays, and natural disasters may delay delivery. Contact The Door Draft Stopper if your package appears lost; we will work with the carrier to investigate.
