This policy explains returns of The Door Draft Stopper door draft guards purchased through our website. Refund approval, payment, and timing are covered separately in the Refund Policy.
30-day return eligibility
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in the condition received, with original packaging, accessories, inserts, and packaging materials. Include your order number or proof of purchase.
For a door draft guard, unused and unaltered means it has not been used on a door or cut or otherwise modified to fit. Items used, altered, or damaged after delivery through misuse or improper care are not eligible, unless the issue was caused by our error.
Sale items and late returns
Ordinary discounted packs remain subject to the same return rules. Clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Returns after 30 days are outside the standard return window. The Door Draft Stopper may approve a partial refund at its discretion after review; approval is not guaranteed. Other returns that fail to meet the original-condition or completeness requirements may be refused or receive a partial refund.
How to start a return
- Contact The Door Draft Stopper before sending anything back. Include your full name, order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason.
- Wait for authorization and the return instructions and address provided by our support team.
- Pack the authorized items securely with their original materials and proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. Returns sent without prior authorization are not accepted.
Return shipping and inspection
You pay return shipping unless the return results from our error, such as a wrong or defective item. Free Shipping On Every Order applies to the original shipment; there is no original standard-shipping charge to refund.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance. Receipt of a returned package is not guaranteed.
We inspect returns when received. An ineligible item may be sent back to you at your expense. Approved refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact The Door Draft Stopper within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund. Exchanges are limited to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
